Participation Fee

Full payment must be received in full prior to the webinar/seminar/course date.

The necessary bank details are provided in the invoice. If the invoice is not settled prior to the commencement of the webinar/seminar / course, participation cannot be guaranteed and N. Xenofontos LLC / NextStep Legal Training Centre, (the “Firm”) reserves the right to cancel / withdraw the registration and decline participation to the webinar/seminar/course.

Once payment is settled, participants are kindly requested to send the proof of payment to nextstep@xenofontosll.com

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your registration up to 5 days prior to the webinar/seminar/course and in such a case full refund of the fee will be made subject to bank charges. In the event of cancellation with less than 5 days’ notice, then, the Firm will try to allocate the reserved place to another applicant. If the Firm is successful, full refund of the fee will be made subject to bank charges. In case the Firm fails to replace the cancelled place, then the paid fee will not be refunded.

The Firm reserves the right to change the date or time of a webinar/seminar/course or even cancel them due to unexpected reasons. In such a case, full refund of the participation fee will be made.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

The Firm is the copyright owner of the webinar/seminar/course and associated materials. PowerPoint slides and supporting material will be available to the participants after the event by email branded with the Firm’s logo (collectively the “Materials”) for informational and/or educational purposes only. The Materials and attendance are not a substitute for professional advice. By accessing the Materials and attending the event, you agree to the terms of this disclaimer. You agree not to make business, legal, financial, and/or tax decisions based solely on the Materials and you agree that we are not responsible for any such business, legal,financial and/or tax decisions made by you based on the information contained in the Materials. You agree not to make audio or video recordings of the webinar instruction. You may not copy, cite to, or distribute, store or transmit any of the Materials, in whole or in part, in any means or in any form, without the prior written consent of an authorised officer of the Firm. Consent for Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

On occasions, the Firm may take photographs, videos and audio recordings which may be used to help promote our conferences and courses (both online and in print). By booking into a webinar/seminar/course, you are confirming that you are aware of this and have no objections to your image or voice appearing in any material issued by the Firm after the event. However, if for any reason you do not wish for the Firm to use your image or voice please let us know by email: nextstep@xenofontosllc.com

Recording and photography by delegates is not permitted at any of the Firm’s events, whether physical and/or online.
